		<description>Hey Scott, what's up, dude? I haven't read that one, though I've heard of it. The fact he includes Stephen Jay Gould is enough to pique my interest. Gould is the man.

Along with Sagan, of course. I've been digging up articles and videos of Carl for some time now. A few months back, there was a blogger consensus to feature him on his anniversary but I missed out on it. I'd like to publish more Sagan here.

One book I did just get is &lt;i&gt;The Singularity Is Near&lt;/i&gt; by Ray Kurzweil, but I haven't had a chance to start it yet. I'd love to be back out on my boat again, if for no other reason than that I could relax and get back to reading all these great books.</description>
