Had some good news over the weekend. I finally got word from my last apparel wholesaler that new stock is available and I’ll be re-opening my eBay store this week with new inventory.

I last ran a wholesale business back over two years ago, just before I bought my boat. Since then, there have been very few selling leads and none that ever panned out. Now this new development could mean quite a lot of money coming in.

Which in turn means I’ll be looking for a new place and may even be moving back to Florida before the end of summer. I don’t see the point in living in Pennsylvania any more and I’d like to get back to boating. And the boating capital of the world is right here in the USA, Fort Lauderdale.

So I’ll be posting about my developments in the coming weeks. And this doesn’t mean I’ve forgotten about futures trading, either. I’m still reading my course and have good offers for mentoring while I get my feet wet in the commodity trading business. That’s still my long term goal.

But, for now, I have the prospect of making some very good money fast. And I’m going for it!

I am a big fan of EVE Online and have really enjoyed playing the game for the past nine months. I have built up three very cool characters and just now began a fourth with this month’s release of Empyrean Age, an expansion to the EVE universe which brings war to the four great factions of the galaxy.

I’ve been MIA since last week after taking a vacation in Florida. I did somehow manage to get both a summer cold and a sunburn, yet still had a good time.

Anyway, I’m back and want to hit you up with a very cool song I heard on a YouTube video the other day. It turned me on to this cool little Britpop group that is putting a twist on early 60s girl bands. They’re called The Pipettes and I think I’m in love. A girl band hasn’t been this much fun since The Go-Gos.

For those in my Alliance in EVE (Roadkill, SMASH, Atlas, etc) I have created a series of full-color maps of all current jump bridges in the three regions. These maps are to act as a visual aid for those trying to get a feel for where everything is (“How do I get to MJ?”).

There are two sets of the alliance maps, one with the full planet/moon addresses and one without. If you already have the bridges bookmarked – or you are a new member just trying to understand the layout of this region – you might prefer the Basic Maps. If you want or need all the details of where the JBs are physically located in each system, then you’ll want to study the Detailed Maps. Each detailed map appends the jump arrows with planet-moon locations to each end.

Additionally, I have also made a jump bridge version of the classic Tactical Geminate Map. This map is a nice shorthand for how Gem itself is laid out and where the various bridges go.

Click the links for each map below to open and view, then right-click to save. (Each map opens in a new window.) Alternately, you may simply right-click any of the links to save them directly to your hard drive.

Except for the Tactical Geminate, each map is a 1200 pixel-wide jpeg. For security purposes, no JB passwords are listed; please check with your respective corp officers for all bridge passwords.

For easy reference in-game, printing out these maps is recommended.

Today I got in the car after reaching a breaking point where my temper was lost and I began destroying everything I could get my hands on. I just walked right out of the house and got into the car and started driving.

I headed towards the interstate moving South. After about a half hour I headed back. I had no phone, no laptop and no clothing packed, but I was ready to keep driving all the way to Florida.

I think the next time I walk out that door I’m not coming back. Ever.

Not really starring as Shia Labeouf’s love interest, nor will she be the World’s Smallest Transformer. But my sister Kimi Soo will nevertheless convincingly run from large explosions while invisible CGI robots decimate her pretend city.

A casting call recently went out for the Lehigh Valley area of eastern Pennsylvania, where Michael Bay will be shooting the opening scene for Transformers 2 in the abandoned steel mills of Bethlehem, Pa. Asians were enlisted from all over to be extras in the film and Kimi was among those who made the cut.
